AMS Customer Service Agreement for JRE Customers

With the coming year, there will be some changes in the way customers can receive support for AMS equpiment.  Traditionally, with the purchase of any new AMS equipment, the customer would receive one year of support from the Customer Contact Center (CCC) for free.  However, as of March 1, 2012, CCC will no longer offer this in addition to the AMS equipment purchase and will begin charging a fee to access the CCC.  In order to manage this change, James River Equipment hs decided to offer its customers an AMS Customer Service Agreement.  The AMS Customer Service Agreement will be offered to customers to purchase on an annual basis to cover customer questions and needs on all AMS equipment.  Though this new AMS Customer Service Agreement will change the way customers received service in the past, James River Equipment believes that this is the best way to offer customers a product that can improve dealer relationship and operational efficiency.
